Fraud Involving Debit Card Transactions
Due to the increase in the amount of fraud involving debit card transactions, you may be required to use your PIN for transactions at some merchants. If your transaction does not go through using your signature, please try your PIN to complete the transaction. We would actually encourage you to use your debit card with a PIN whenever possible.
If you need to update your PIN, you can stop in any Class Act FCU branch and change it to a number of your choice. If you would prefer a new PIN be sent to you in the mail, you can make that request by calling us at (502) 964-7575.
We advise you to always have an alternative form of payment with you to avoid the inconvenience of blocked transactions. If you need to obtain an alternate form of payment, please visit with any member service representative to learn more about our credit cards, pre-paid gift cards and more.
Announcing Class Act FCU’s Student Art Competition
We are holding a student art competition to coincide with the total renovation of our main office on Fern Valley Road. The competition is open to any High School or College student currently enrolled in school. We are looking for original artwork with a theme of “education”, “financial services” or “financial literacy”. Accepted mediums for the two-dimensional artwork include: paintings, drawings, prints, mixed media, computer generated art and photographs. All entries must be submitted by 5:00 pm EST, December 1st.
Winning artists will receive a $200 gift card as well as recognition in our newsletter and on our website. They will be afforded with appropriate acknowledgement of their work with a plaque displayed under each piece. The chosen artwork will hang in the main office to enhance our new space. For questions contact Mary Jackey, Community Relations Administrator at email@example.com.
