Fraud Involving Debit Card Transactions
Due to the increase in the amount of fraud involving debit card transactions, you may be required to use your PIN for transactions at some merchants. If your transaction does not go through using your signature, please try your PIN to complete the transaction. We would actually encourage you to use your debit card with a PIN whenever possible.
If you need to update your PIN, you can stop in any Class Act FCU branch and change it to a number of your choice. If you would prefer a new PIN be sent to you in the mail, you can make that request by calling us at (502) 964-7575.
