Keep in mind, once the member turns 25, their Student Honors Checking will automatically change into a regular Honors Checking account—which earns higher dividends but also requires more transactions to be made.
2.0% Annual Percentage Yield paid monthly on balances up to $5,000. Balances over $5,000 will earn the higher Share 1 dividend rate when requirements are met or the lower tier Share 1 rate if requirements are not met. All requirements must be met before month-end processing on last business day of month. Transactions posted after that time will count toward the following month’s requirements. Rates & terms as of 7/23/2026 and are subject to change. Must qualify for checking account. Personal accounts only. Only one Student Honors Checking account per member. Launchpad
The Launchpad account is designed for children birth to 12 years of age. This account is supplemented by My First Nest Egg, one of our youth financial education resources, and is designed to give parents/guardians AND children the tools they need to achieve financial well-being and discuss financial-related topics.
Student Honors Savings
The Student Honors Savings account is designed for teens and young adults from 13 to 24 years of age. Partnered with KOFE, our teen/young adult financial education resource, this account prepares teens and young adults for a transition into adulthood by helping them understand the importance of budgeting, saving, and managing their finances.
Keep in mind, once the member turns 25, their Student Honors Savings will automatically change into a Regular Savings account.
My First Nest Egg (Ages 4-12)
It's never too early to start kids on their journey to financial freedom! My First Nest Egg gives parents/guardians the tools they need to raise money smart kids! With curriculum developed alongside educators and experts, My First Nest Egg has curriculum, games, videos, articles, and an engaging savings app to provide fun and simple financial education for ages 4-12!
