Heroes of Education

Heroes of Education is a digital platform where schools can earn grants by engaging with their credit union. An engagement can range from visiting a webpage all the way to a Class Act member allotting points from their home loan to their chosen school. All these engagements earn schools up to 7 cash Hero Grants adding up to $15,000. Even better, it does not cost our members a penny.

Class Act’s Hero of Education program is named after the professionals who dedicate their lives to the education of their community. When you become a member of Class Act, you are joining them in a mission to be Heroes of Education. Every financial product contributes to thousands of dollars awarded to schools to be used for anything they may need, ranging from recess equipment to enhancements of technology in the classroom.

About the Program

Every school in Class Act’s field of membership is auto enrolled.
Schools accrue points through digital engagements and products opened on behalf of the schools.
A school can win between $500 and $15,000 through a 7 tier reward program

The Heroes of Education program was created in 2017 by Class Act Federal Credit Union to highlight the passion, drive, and knowledge of educators.

Visiting the school’s page
Sending a text
Voting via Email
Becoming a member
Getting a loan

By far, the best way to earn points is to join the credit union and use its lending products. For example, refinancing car loan is equivalent to engaging around 100 people to visit, sign up email and text.
